Templates

Templates standardize how tickets get written, so every routed bug is complete and consistent.

  • Define the sections a ticket should always have (summary, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, environment, and so on).
  • Qalibr fills them from the report during enrichment; missing pieces are marked Not provided rather than invented.
  • Plan limits — Templates are a Growth feature, included on Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Starter sees them locked. A template you saved on a higher plan stops being applied after a downgrade; it isn’t deleted, and it comes back if you upgrade again. See Plans & pricing.
