Templates

Templates standardize how tickets get written, so every routed bug is complete and consistent.

• Define the sections a ticket should always have (summary, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, environment, and so on).
• Qalibr fills them from the report during enrichment; missing pieces are marked Not provided rather than invented.
• Plan limits — Templates are a Growth+ feature; Starter sees them locked (available as an add-on). Scale adds advanced templates.
