Usage & overage
Your plan includes a monthly enrichment cap. Plan & Usage in the dashboard shows where you are.
- The meter — enrichments used against your cap for the current billing cycle.
- Reaching the cap — Qalibr warns you as you approach it, and again near the limit.
- Billing cycle — on a paid plan, usage resets on your billing anniversary, not on the 1st. During the trial the counter is a lifetime total rather than a monthly cycle.
What happens at the cap
This differs by plan, so check the row you’re on:
| Plan | At the cap |
|---|---|
| Trial | Pauses. You can authorize one free extension of 10 enrichments; after that it stays paused with an upgrade offer. |
| Starter | Pauses and asks. Nothing runs and nothing is billed until you confirm a block. |
| Growth, Scale, Enterprise | Enrichments continue past the cap. |
On Starter, if you do nothing at the cap, Qalibr pauses rather than billing you — a block is only ever charged after you confirm it. On Growth and above, work does not stop at the cap.
Overage blocks
When Qalibr asks you to authorize more, it does so in blocks rather than per enrichment, so the amount you’re agreeing to is a single number you can see before you confirm. A Starter block is 30 enrichments — a fifth of the 150 included — at the Starter unit rate. The dialog shows the exact size and price before you accept.
Higher plans carry lower per-enrichment rates.
Customers billed in Brazilian reais are not charged for overage today — authorized blocks are granted without a charge while that payment path is completed.
