Account & data
Manage your workspace and your data under Settings, in the Account section of the sidebar.
Export your data
Under Data & privacy, click Export my data to download your workspace as
a single JSON file (named qalibr-data-export-YYYY-MM-DD.json): your workspace
profile, users, integrations, bug reports, workflow history, and a usage
summary.
It’s a snapshot, not a byte-for-byte archive. Each section carries up to the 5,000 most recent records; the workflow history carries each run’s status, timestamps and outcome rather than every intermediate step; and the usage figures cover the last 90 days.
Your API keys, tokens, and credentials are never included — only your data, never your secrets.
Support tickets and their attachments are not in the export. Ask us at contact@qalibr.io if you need a copy of your correspondence.
Delete your workspace
In the Danger zone, Delete account & data permanently erases everything — every bug report, all workflow history, your support tickets and their files, your connected integrations, and your account login. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm, then Delete everything. You’ll be signed out immediately.
Deletion also unregisters the webhooks Qalibr created in your Linear or Jira, so nothing is left pointing at us and we stop receiving anything from your tracker.
Deletion is irreversible. Export your data first if you might want a copy.
Retention
Three different clocks, so it’s worth stating each:
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Bug reports, workflow history, tracker state history | 365 days, then purged automatically |
| Support ticket text | As long as your workspace exists |
| Files attached to a support ticket | 90 days after that ticket is resolved or closed |
When a support attachment is purged, the message stays and shows that a file was there — see Support. Reopening a ticket restarts its 90-day clock.
Separately, how far back Reports lets you look depends on your plan. That’s a viewing limit, not a deletion — your data is still there.
Deletions and retention purges are permanent and scoped to your workspace alone.
Email preferences
Settings shows which emails Qalibr sends you — setup nudges and trial reminders. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any Qalibr email; that turns those emails off for your whole workspace. Sign-in links, billing notices and support replies still arrive. To turn nudges back on, email contact@qalibr.io.
